Highly potential special purpose synthetic compound. Made for performance characteristics improvement of mechanical transmission with high mileage. Compatible with GL4 and GL5 transmission oils. Doesn’t affect the properties of transmission oil.

FUNCTIONING: The mode of border friction takes place at gear pair contact zone. This leads to the temperatures sufficient for tribochemical reactions.
OLD CHAP RECONDITIONER undergoing a chemical reaction forms protective border layers with lower than metal tangential shearing stress. Border layers prevent gear pair burr. Under stress conditions at the contact zone a border layer undergoes partial destruction. During the contact of gears temperature increases fast which leads to tribochemical reaction repeat and restoration of border layers. This, in its turn results in rubbing elements of a mechanical transmission getting constant protection from wear and burr.
